Sunday through Thursday, 9am to 10 pm;
Friday and Saturday, 9am to 11pm
Pool Rules:
- Running, pushing and disorderly conduct are prohibited in the pool area
- No water guns, floats, volley balls or diving is permitted in the pool enclosure
- A maximum of four (4) guests allowed per condominium, unless approved by the Board.
- All guests must be accompanied by an adult (21+ yrs) condominium owner or lessee.
- Children under fourteen (14) years must be accompanied by an adult
- Pets are prohibited in the pool enclosure
- All glass containers are prohibited within the pool enclosure
- Radios should only be played at a level of volume which will not disturb others
- All trash and cigarette butts must be deposited in the proper receptacles
- Swim suits only are allowed in the pool
- To assist maintenance, please, shower before entering the pool
- The Association is not responsible for injuries or theft
- Infants are required to wear plastic pants or swim diapers in the pool.
- No diving is permitted in the pool
- EVERYONE is required to sign-in at the POOL BOOK kept at the front entrance to the pool house.
Pool/Tennis Court Fobs are managed by Heritage Property Management.
The first fob for a unit is free, but replacements or additional fobs cost $50 (in 2023).
To request a pool fob or to report a lost pool fob:
- Login to the Vantaca Homeowner Portal
- Click on Dashboard
- Scroll down till you see the button that says "Submit a New Request". Click the button.
- Select "Gates and Building Access"
- Write your request for a key fob and/or report the lost fob.
- Press Submit, and Heritage will mail you a fob or deactivate the lost fob or both, depending on your request.
