Reserve a court in advance at: https://www.supersaas.com/schedule/Avondale_Estates_Condos/Courts - You will be asked to create an account on your first visit. Just follow steps on the site - it's FREE and Easy.

Tennis Court Rules:

• Only homeowners in good standing and their guests are allowed to use the tennis courts. The homeowner must be present when guests are using the courts.
• Only non-marking court shoes may be worn on the courts. No hard-soled shoes, black-soled shoes, or shoes of any kind that mark the court are allowed.
• No bicycles, roller skates, in-line skates, or skateboards allowed on the courts. The courts are for tennis only.
• Please keep the gate closed at all times.
• No profanity is allowed. Proper tennis etiquette must be observed at all times on the courts.
• Respect sign-up court reservations before taking the courts.
• You may use a court without a reservation, but please relinquish the court is a reservaton holder arrives.
• Please limit play to one hour total if others are waiting. If the time slot after your's is not reserved and no one is waiting to play you may continue to use the court.
• Please be considerate of the surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise level down.
• All trash, used balls, etc must be deposited in the proper receptacles.
• The Association is not responsible for injuries or theft.

Pool/Tennis Court Fobs are managed by Heritage Property Management.
The first fob for a unit is free, but replacements or additional fobs cost $50 (in 2023).

To request a pool fob or to report a lost pool fob:

1. Login to the Vantaca Homeowner Portal
2. Click on Dashboard
3. Scroll down till you see the button that says "Submit a New Request". Click the button.
4. Select "Gates and Building Access"
5. Write your request for a key fob and/or report the lost fob.
6. Press Submit, and Heritage will mail you a fob or deactivate the lost fob or both, depending on your request.
